Deep Freeze Body
Since 1974, the European Union has established the ATP specification, that ensures the appropriate transport of food, that has direct impact to consumer's health. This specification is the strictest for the transportation of perishables and is mandatory for international transport, as well as for transport among European countries.
Construction and Features
The deep freeze bodies have “monobloc” construction made of polyester and polyurethane forming a “sandwich”.
They are equipped with eutectic plates, installed at the roof and back of the chamber for better cold distribution.
The overall k-factor is 0.19W/m2K for a panel thickness of 130 mm, and is the best thermal coefficient for refrigerated bodies
All bodies are provided with specification certificates according to the European legislation.

The side doors have no heaters; instead they are equipped with double gaskets, thus saving electric energy and reducing operating costs.
The opening of the side doors is 550mm x 1000mm and its' equipment consists of stainless steel parts (hinges, handles and latches).
Between the doors are placed aluminum partitions and plastic grids on the floor.
Also, it is possible to install rear doors for easier loading / unloading using pallets or rollers.
The Inox hinges and shutters, the galvanized subframe and side steps of the body, improve even more the strength of the structure.
In the inner of the body there are aluminum partitions for creating corresponding compartments with plastic grids on the floor for protection against loads.
In the inner, also, is placed the reinforced refrigerated unit with Dorin compressor and the eutectic plates on the roof and the back of the body.
The equipment of the body includes internal LED lights on the top of each door, external LED lights, external deep freeze body thermometer and reinforced rubber bumpers.
All deep freeze bodies of Stathis Company, are conformed with ATP/ RRC Specifications Certificates according to the latest European legislation.
