Van Insulation
Construction of Insulation KIT
The insulation of the loading area is made with the most modern production methods:
- Detailed 3D scanning of the vehicle's cargo space
- Panel development by CNC machines (roof, side walls, front wall and floor)
- Polyester molds construction for the doors and doors’ frame
- 3D pieces construction where needed (handles etc)
Panels consist of reinforced polyester and special type extruded polystyrene, that has improved mechanical characteristics and excellent moisture behavior.
The panels cover all the nerves of the body, so there are no thermal bridges at all.

The insulation on the rear doors of the Van
There is also insulation on the doors, using special molds that can be removed, to allow any repairs needed (change of lock, hinges, etc.).
A second frame is created at the door openings, in order to achieve the best thermal permeability coefficients.
In difficult places of the loading area (such as locks, door support points, etc.), special pieces are manufactured by 3D printers, for a better fit with the rest of the panels.

Floor
The floor is made of reinforced polyester panel with marine wood, it has a non-slip surface and high resistance that makes it suitable for demanding loading conditions.
At the lower part of the doors, are placed special stainless parts to protect the floor from the loads. Also, a drainage hole is opened on the floor for the removal of the liquids.
