Partitions in trucks

For the combined transportation of products, under different temperatures, is constructed a fixed or movable partition.

Pommier – Furgocar automatic separator systems divide the interior space into two rooms of different temperatures with a partition moving along the entire length of the chamber, but also with the possibility of suspension on the roof.

Our refrigerated bodies’ partitions are considered to be the most modern systems with the following characteristics:

  • Special mechanisms inside the rails (10 bearings in each rail), that make the displacement of the partition easier than any other similar system. Pommier – Furgocar has tried and tested ball bearing mechanisms operate smoothly even after 10 years of continuous use.
  • Shock absorbers (2 to 4 depending on the dimensions of the separator), with a force of 2500 N, additionally facilitate the lifting of the partition, so that a single person can effortlessly move it along the chamber, varying the two rooms of different temperatures.
  • There is also the possibility to anchor the partition on the roof, leaving the whole space for products which need one temperature.

The separator system consists of:

  • Panels with the required reinforcements
  • Special sealing rubbers
  • Aluminum rails on the roof and mechanisms for rolling the partition along the length of the chamber
  • With shock absorbers and stop mechanisms for anchoring the partition on the roof
  • Rubber fixing mechanism to anchor the partition to the floor, for large compartments
  • Locking devices for anchoring the partition to the side panels of the chamber, for small and medium-sized chambers
  • Side rails for fixing the partition (if needed)
  • Mechanism for unlocking the partition by means of a cable clamp
