In a meat transport truck, the box is specially reinforced to withstand increased forces from the hanging meats.
The floor is always a slip-resistant surface of either polyester or aluminum, with drainage holes for effluents.
The meat hanging system depends on the needs of the client, using German or Italian-type hooks.
- Italian system with or without the equipment for the hooks’ storage
- German system with anodized aluminum pipes and supports
- Special constructions with fixed meat hooks (ball-end hooks) on the sides of the box
