Insulation is carried out by placing specially designed panels and polyester molds in a way that ensures maximum utilization of the usable loading space of the vehicle. It is performed using state-of-the-art production methods and machinery that no other factory in Greece possesses.
The panels are constructed in CNC machines and are fixed inside the vehicle using special adhesives in order to provide an optimum aesthetic result that fully meets all health and sanitary requirements.
Door insulation is achieved using molds that can be easily removed in case of repair works on the vehicle (e.g. works on locks, hinges, hammering, etc.) A second frame is created at the door openings with double sealing gaskets in order to ensure optimum thermal resistance. The floor is reinforced for increased resistance to friction and load impacts.
